The following documents have to be enclosed with your application: A legalized or notarized copy of:
  1. Valid Passport (as a non-US resident)
  2. Photo Identification Drivers License or National ID
  3. Proof of residence (as water, electric service or similar invoices)
You can have the copy notarized with a notary or advocate or you can go to a consulate to legalize your documents by the public administration of your country.
The documents and the minimum balance requirements depends on your type of company and will be verified from the accounting clerk during the account opening process.
