1. Reference letter from a respected professional (for example lawyer, accountant, director/officer of an institution regulated by a recognized regulatory body, a priest, or a teacher) whom you have known for at least two years, AND a satisfactory bank reference from a financial institution with whom you have/had a relationship for at least 3 years.
2. Evidence of nationality and date of birth (for example, certified copy of your passport).
3. Verification of name and address provided in the application form (for example, an original or certified/notarized copy of a utility bill (not more than 6 months old) or a reference from a "respected professional" who knows the applicant).
4. Evidence of source of wealth (for example, recent salary/income statements or a letter from your employer, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor indicating the source of your trading, investment, property or employment income)

You can have the copy notarized with a notary or advocate or you can go to a consulate to legalize your documents by the public administration of your country.

3. Verification of name and address provided in the application form (for example, original bank statement from a recognized bank or utility bill which gives a residential address)
4. Evidence of source of wealth (for example, recent salary/income statements or a letter from your employer, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor indicating the source of your trading, investment, property or employment income)
Private Companies:
1. Copies of the Company’s Articles and Memorandum of Association
2. Certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
3. Certified copy of an up to date Certificate of Good Standing, where applicable.
4. Certified copies of the current registers of shareholders and directors
5. Bank reference for the company if it has been in existence for more than one year and has an established banking relationship.
6. A copy of the most recent available financial statements for the company, where applicable.
7. Satisfactory letter of reference from a financial institution, with whom you have had a relationship for at least 3 years for; (i) any two directors, (ii) each beneficial owner and (iii) each authorized signatory.
8. Evidence of nationality and date of birth (for example, certified copy of passport) for; (i) any two directors, (ii) each beneficial owner and (iii) each authorized signatory.
9. Verification of name and address provided in the application form (for example, original bank statement from a recognized bank or utility bill which gives a residential address) for; (i) any two directors, (ii) each beneficial owner and (iii) each authorized signatory and (iv) the company.
10. Summary of business activities (please complete enclosed form)
11. In cases where another company is the Director, Shareholder or Beneficial Owner of a private company, additional requirements may apply.
The minimum amount to establish relationship: USD100,000.00 or equivalent in major currencies.

- Fax them to 1 (345) 949 4006 or email to [email protected] the completed documents for their review.
- On approval, the bank will request delivery of the original documents.
- Thereafter, you will receive confirmation of acceptance of business via email or regular mail, along with their wire instructions.
Your new Offshore bank account is from then on fully usable.
