REQUIREMENTS:
First to open your Offshore account in St. Vincent & Grenadines it's important to know which documents you will need during the opening process.
The following documents have to be enclosed with your application:
(1) A Notarized or Certified True Copy of Account Holder's and Additional Authorised Cardholder's (if any) passport or other acceptable ID (we must be able to clearly identify the page with photo and signature)
We kindly ask that USA and Canadian citizens also provide two forms of notarized ID documents, which can be a copy of your Driver's License or National ID card.
(2) A notarised or verified copy, or an original Utility Bill or Bank Statement as a proof of address for the Account Holder and Additional Authorized Cardholder (if any): these documents must be recent and not more than 3 months old
(3) A specimen signature form with a separate form completed by each person who is intended to be able to sign on the account
(4) A Bank Reference Letter for the Account Holder and Additional Authorised Cardholder (if any). The reference letter must be less than three months old and addressed to Loyal Bank

- A notarised copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
- A notarised copy of the Certificate of Good Standing
- A notarised copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association/Formation/Operating Agreement
- A signed business plan on the company’s letterhead
- The Resolution of the Board of Directors/Minutes of the Meeting of Managers authorizing the opening of the account with Loyal Bank and conferring authority on the person who will operate the account.
- Specimen signature form
- Notarised Copies of passport or other acceptable ID (the page with photo and signature) for the Authorised Person, any Additional Authorised Persons, all Directors/Officers and Beneficial Owners. A notarised copy of a current Driver's License is also required for USA and Canadian citizens.
- Notarised copy, or an original Utility Bill or a recent (less than three months old) Bank Statement as a proof of address for Authorised Person, Additional Authorised Persons (if any), all Directors/Officers and Beneficial Owners.
- Bank References addressed to Loyal Bank for the Authorised Person and Additional Authorised Persons (if any) as well as for all Directors/Officers/Beneficial Owners. The bank Reference should be less than three months old.
- Bearer Share Declaration (if the company has elected to have Bearer shares rather than Registered shares). - Declaration of Trust if the company has Corporate Shareholder(s)
- Power of Attorney if the company has Corporate Director(s)
- A copy of the Certificate of Good Standing of Corporate Shareholder(s)/Director(s)
- A notarised/verified copy of passport or other acceptable ID (the page with photo and signature), a notarised or verified copy of a Utility Bill or document showing proof of address, and Bank References addressed to Loyal Bank for nominee Director/Shareholder if it is a physical person.
